The sound is way too quiet. It sounds like you were recording it at night and mumbled quietly not to wake your parents up.
It's exactly as you said: cartoon is great (I laughed hard at 0:34), but voices suck.

2 reasons for that
1: i edited the sound to change my voice. i did all of them, and remove static
2: im using a pair of head phones to record, because i cant find my mic. but my dad is buying one

You know you can turn the volume up by using certain programmes? Easy to find, easy to use.
