I'm happy to announce that Soldat has a new development team. It's not a 1 man job anymore and I hope this will do a lot of good for the game. I don't think this is a surprise because he was always most eager to fix Soldat bugs. The first man is Shoozza. He's already been quietly working with the source for a few weeks now. The rest of the team will contribute in their own pace, they are:

ChrisGBK, Fryer and zakath.

You can all chat with these guys on IRC. Private dev forums and wiki have already been setup by FliesLikeABrick.
Now kick these guys asses so they start doing some real work and bring the long awaited improvements!

Hell yea we've beein waiting for this for a long time! Hope they will be actively chatting with people over irc for improvements and suggestions, also checking forums. Also grats to new dev team:)

EXCELLENT! Good choice for dev team. I look forward for the next release. I can't wait to see the portal gone (but keep the new polytypes).

To celebrate, I think we should bring back the Soldat trailer competition.
