How to add parachutes at spawn and how to edit spawn points?

How do u add parachutes at spawn .. I have no clue how to do this or even edit the spawn points...?

Mappers, correct me if I'm wrong but parachutes are added automatically if spawn is placed over certain height above ground.

Correct. If you place spawns high enough, your player will automatically be on a parachute.

You don't know how to add spawn points? What are you using to create your map?
