I'd advise playing through the new gather system.
Get yourself a reputation in gathers and you'll more likely find a clan.

Ok, thanks man! i just found out how to use IRC so i think there i can play some gathers too!

Yeah it's definitely the way to go, get a reputation in IRC and at http://soldat.thd.vg/en/gather. :)
