I am being f**king slammed, bashed, raped, kicked, flamed and sledged by everyone who hates me as f**k. Every second i receive a PM that has titles like this: "f**k YOU DUMf**k", "SUCK MY DICK", "I RAPED YOUR MOTHER", "ANTIFURS ARE DUMBf**kS" - Why you do this to me? Because i kicked your ass in Black Ops, or you are just butthurt because my posting style drives you crazy? Blah, Also potheads like Horve, ds dude and jrgp and finally DarkCrusade hate me as f**k...Start caring about the f**king forums, not fapping into that f**king furry gay porn. I am the most wanted (dead or alive...your choice) and most hated person here. Let me just point out your failures and everything will be fine, mmk?

Since 2008 i was observating on these forums an extreme decrease in the level of your expressions. In any while some new f**ktards come, and one is worser than the last one. Those new people in 101% want to solve their hopeless problems, that come cause of unlogical thinking. Mods don't give a bloody f**k about their bulls**t, but that's their function! They HAVE to care about the f**king forumers, otherwise, these forums could be f**king DEAD now! Oh...they are. Whatever, seeing an active mod is a pure rarity here. Only when a really stupid unmature dumbf**k comes (and you have to f**king understand, that only they kept these forums alive, in these years of dips**ttery), a moderator comes to sledge him with his "wurdz" and his "awsum mod puwar" and fight and troll against that user's dumbf**kery and stupidity. And that's how the moderators care about these forums. Only in rare momments, they come from the f**king underground and start to s**t bananas. You kno what? It's weird as f**k. Don't protect yourself with that "Wi dunt haev taim, leav uz aloun u basterd" bulls**t. It is obvious, that someone who doesn't have time for this, resignates from his function, so please, if you want (i don't know when, maybe when you will be drunk), give your admin privileges to someone who have time for these forums and really, REALLY care about them. (Example: Smiluu, Echo or Espadon...hmmm, am i too late with this?) Also dont try to protect yourself with the rules, because the rules are the only reason why mods dont try to be against breaking BASIC rules (spamming, asking FAQ questions) and going apes**t to forumers. I earlier created a really, really stupid topic on these forums, and what? the replies appeared every f**king second! You know what does it means - These forums are now a f**king playground for dumbf**ks with little brains. Good and intelligent people are deleted from it. Congratulations! You have great ambitions! Right, as many of you have noticed, our little community isn't doing so great. We've had a decline in numbers and activity since the last 4 or so years, and we're starting to feel the hurt. Most of the people here are oldies, that cling on to the hope of resurrection, or perhaps it's just the habit of hanging around that seems to stick. For a long time, so was it with me.

But how can you be shocked at this fact? Soldat's an awesome game, but it's still just soldat. Let's be honest, Soldat just can't compete with the new games out there. Soldat's a classic, and as with every other classic, those of us who played it back when it was 'acceptably bad' ( ), it will always have some sort of emotional value. Think about it, if you discovered Soldat today, would you really be as into it? Unless of course it's the only game your computer can run..

Which brings me to the issue at hand: The quality of the general forumgoer(you), and the people assigned to bust your balls when you fuck up(me).

The quality of the general forumgoer is almost directly proportional to the success or popularity of the object/concept the forum revolves around - in this case Soldat. Why is this? You tell me! However, that being the case, it's only natural that some of you would turn into retarded dumbfucks now that Soldat's on it's last time. But you know, there have always been trolls/wankers around, there just happen to be less balance in the ratio right now.

So, what would you have us do? We could be strict, uphold our mighty internet laws, and ban the living shit out of you. However, these are hard times, and we need all the laughs we can get. We're hellbent on keeping this place from turning into another bash pit, but we've decided to let things run a little further, until the forum and the game is back on track. Don't think our eyes are closed, 'cause we actually do notice what's going on, and action is taking. We're just quite a lot more lenient than we used to be.

However, if you wish for us to be as strict as in the old days, just say so. Just remember, a lot of you will be gone before the end of the week, quite a lot more within the month.

Soldat is dying, and this forum with it. However, with Shoozza at the wheel, we're currently attempting to revive Soldat and, if successful, I'm guessing the forum will come along as well.

What're your thoughts on the latter?

You know what your problem is, Foxconn? Every contribution you make to these forums has something to do with TF2, CS, or some other Steam game. It's like any opinion that you have formulated about anything is tied to those games. People got sick of it, and by law of transitivity, they got sick of you.

Once you've made that impression on a crowd, it's hard to shake it off. Every time people see your name, they think "oh, it's that douche that only talks about TF2 and swears every other word". Have you tried, you know ... showing signs of improvement instead of rebelling and getting butthurt every time someone insults you?

Now, I agree with you that the quality of this community has declined significantly. It certainly isn't the fairest or the most entertaining, but the problem doesn't lie entirely with the forums. Some of it lies with you, too.

This is how the world works in most cases. Stupidity is only punished if it has the potential to hurt others or, in some cases, oneself. Otherwise, stupidity is allowed, but assault for stupidity is looked down upon. I don't like it either, but that's how it is.

Most people spend only a few minutes a day on these forums because the game that serves as their foundation is dying. If Soldat was popular, I'm sure we would see much more traffic on these forums and, in turn, we would be able to appoint frequent visitors with brains as moderators. As for moderator inactivity, I can only speak for myself, but I don't moderate much anymore unless a thread or post annoys me or is way over the top. I don't think being strict is necessarily a good thing. Some people may think it's unfair, but I think everything deserves to be taken in context. For example, I'm giving Guile a warning because his post serves no purpose other than to piss you off.

FLAB is a respectable college graduate with an extremely busy (and as far as I can tell, decently successful) life. jrgp and Chrisgbk are both prominent in several programming languages, and while I don't know much about Chrisgbk, I expect great things and a lot of improvement from jrgp in both his personality and his work. You insult them because they may have wronged you in one way or another, and it doesn't help your case.

From what I've seen in these forums ever since I joined, after I became a rather "known" figure in public inf, whatever bits of it are still alive, that is, I can tell you that the majority of soldatters and the forumers here are teenagers, for crying out loud, and many of them have social dysfunctions, but with all the shit you have been up to in the past two months or so you just sank to their level, you who pretends to not "give a shit" and think you're above it all.

If you truly were above those levels you'd rise above their attempts to drive you apeshit like they just did...Apparently you're just a hypocrite and a naive child after all...

Foxconn, the reason I usually don't like you is because:
 - You whine a very, very lot
 - You are not a funny person. We have had hilarious trolls in the past (Hershey, Captain Ben, et al.) and in addition to consistently annoying the staff, they have on occasion, heightened the overall forum mood out of sheer ridiculousness. I do not feel you do this.
 - You have asked to been banned in the past, gotten your wish, then came back and started all over again
 - You are not polite at all. I'm not referring to your incessant cursing, which I really don't care about.
 - You have done nothing whatsoever to help Soldat at all. As Kazuki mentioned, it seems the only things you care at all about are the most popular games on Steam

About that last point, if you want to help Soldat, you should be doing things such as:
 - Making maps/mods
 - Discussing serious topics outside the lounge in a civilized manner
 - Focusing much less energy on your signature/avatar
 - Annoying most of the people here less.

In essence,  when I see your posts, I think to myself, "Oh great, what is that sad, troubled, always pissed off, 12-year-old"--afaik you are 12--"complaining about this time?" I feel that the majority of people here will not think differently of you until you seriously change your posting style and attitude.

Now, as for you harping on the forum staff for being too lazy/etc, they are not. The fact is: when something happens that needs attention, attention is always given and usually soon. This isn't one of those forums where all hell breaks loose because the staff are lazy retards.  I will admit that a large portion of the staff are inactive; but we are also over staffed and the handful of active staff definitely make up for the inactive ones.

In a realistic point of view, unless we have children and we can introduce them to the soldat forum, this place has no chance.
