Improvement of HUD

Based on <link removed>.
I improved that guy's idea and made this little HUD improvement. The extra menu on the left is available while you are spectator or watching a demo, it can be switched on and off by TAB key. It shows what keys are pressed by current spectated player and since it is already stored in .sdm demo structure, it works for all recorded demos yet without any lags. It already works, but since here are some rules, i can't post it.

I hope it will be seen in the next version, but it needs different colors.

Really nice job dude, your previous job was what I needed ( DaG here ) for my climb tut, the problem is that I couldn't finish it ( no response from SonSukka, hope you'll read that SS ). This one can be usefull for other purposes too ( I found it usefull for jet haxors finding on climb ).
What is the dot between arrows for now? it's not needed since you have "fly".

That would be absolutely awesome.
It would help players to understand how to do some tricks.
Would be also useful to detect hackers.
This is very exciting. Is there any chance this could be integrated to the next soldat version?
