I don't show the forums being down at all, it must have been an issue with connectivity to your overseas ISPs.  If the forums and my servers were unreachable for any amount of time, my monitoring systems would have alerted me right away

Gosh, thanks for telling me this happened or I would have died dumb. Thank God I have not suffered a few minutes without Soldatforums!!

nope, must have just been a routing issue (probably closer to your end/ISP if nobody else saw it)

I take back what I said, it may have actually been down for a short period of time while my host was doing maintenance.  Now today they're having a different issue :-/
