If your monitor supports only 60 Hertz, it doesn't matter if your video card can support 200 Hertz. You will be capped at 60. You're only going to go as fast as your slowest component.
i use to get 60+ for version 1.3.1 for version 1.4 i only get 20-30 and its rubbish.
