As long as there's water around there won't be a meltdown. Even if they somehow forgot to pump in emergency water there wouldn't be enough explosive components in a modern reactor to breach the containment building.

If worse comes to worse they can flood the reactor with sea water, permanently wrecking it. So I don't think its a major worry. Getting in aid is the main thing now.

International championships for surfing should had taken place there. I heard the people living in the shore was looking forward and so excited about the event that the tension that swell'd in the country blew up one of the nuclear plants. Even the ground started to shake because everyone was rattling and cramming through narrow doors with their surfboards in a hurry at the same time.
