America cant be placed "only" in first place
America Russia China N.korea Japan and all othe "Nuclear Powers" all this nations are in first place cause no-one of them can attack each other cause it would lead to an atomic disaster where both would lose "totaly"

But America uses it place as first to spread "democracy" war to other nations to steal they resources

There's more to being first than people being afraid of your nukes.

And what resources are we stealing, exactly? Oil? Not likely; gas prices are higher than they've ever been.  What resources are we stealing from the other countries we're deployed in?

I don't care if you have legitimate criticism, but if you're just making stuff up, do us all a favor and don't post it here.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.

You know the Chinese consider themselves as at least the peer of the US, but the general opinion of the world doesn't seem that way. It's natural for any person to love their country and consider it the best place in the world to live in, but the perception of the US being on top isn't limited to within the US.

Here's one of the dilemmas that any leader [be it a nation or a person] has to deal with:

- In times of crisis, a leader is expected to do something.
- You can never satisfy everyone: at least one person or group will always consider itself disadvantaged.
- Any problems that arise will also be blamed on the leader.

In this world, you cannot perform any action without it being at the expense of something else. You are living at the expense of the lives of countless plants and animals. You work at a job at the expense of many other job candidates who didn't get the job.

A leader will always be "gross" and will always end up with blood on their hands. To think there is any way around it is to give in to delusions of utopia. Don't be blinded by your outrage at the injustices of reality -- you'd just be lying to yourself.

I'm chewing the information the media feeds me and criticize the people of a nation who are making false affirmations about their country just because they believe in it (not necessarily meaning patriotism). I don't think I'm delusional at all when it comes to real facts since I'm playing only with informations I've been given from the media..

You can call me delusional when it comes to assuming something not so obvious like corruption or cold wars, you can call me anything; my thoughts remain unchanged

Notice how, in 2001 after the 9/11 crash of "terrorists" the gas price had a major decrease:

Notice how, in 2001 after the 9/11 crash of "terrorists" the gas price had a major decrease

That seems to be OPEC's doing, which would imply that it was a worldwide change.

Russian production increases dominated non-OPEC production growth from 2000 forward and was responsible for most of the non-OPEC increase since the turn of the century. Once again it appeared that OPEC overshot the mark. In 2001, a weakened US economy and increases in non-OPEC production put downward pressure on prices. In response OPEC once again entered into a series of reductions in member quotas, cutting 3.5 million barrels by September 1, 2001. In the absence of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, this would have been sufficient to moderate or even reverse the trend. In the wake of the attack crude oil prices plummeted. Spot prices for U.S. benchmark West Texas Intermediate were down 35 percent by the middle of November. Under normal circumstances, a drop in price of this magnitude would have resulted in another round of quota reductions, but given the political climate, OPEC delayed additional cuts until January 2002. It then reduced its quota by 1.5 million barrels per day, and was joined by several non-OPEC producers, including Russia, who promised combined production cuts of an additional 462,500 barrels. This had the desired effect, with oil prices moving into the $25 range by March 2002. By mid-year, non-OPEC members were restoring their production cuts, but prices continued to rise and U.S. inventories reached a 20-year low later in the year.

I thought that the coalition provisional authority had the idea of creating a favorable environment for foreign investors as possible, allowing american corporations to dominate iraq's economy, and many other multinational corporations to have a low income by the time the order has been put in use. Of course there are relations established between those nations but in this case the one occupying the foreign country is the most favored when it comes to oil exploatation and therefore income increase.

How did the argument about "I think there will be another world war" change to "America sucks"?

If oil was to just disappear right this minute, out of nowhere, there would be no America left. Think of it as the Water Wars and the Apocalypse rolled into one, and fast-forwarded to, in one split second.
