Third World War / New World Order

I've come to think about the ignition that started the other world wars and as far as I've learned and heard, they all started after a large-scale economical crysis.
Look at it this way: We tehnically are in a world-wide economical crysis right now, Japan got raped, Lybia and the african zones surrounding it is on fire, I don't think North korea will last long with their atomic bombs n all, Egypt and many arabic countries are in heat right now, the americans are running low on fuel and will need to attack somebody else soon ... and I'm sure there are many other conflicts of this scale in the world..
I really smell some pale odors of another world war...

Also, the massive population number rising will make a huge pressure on food and water demand on the earth...I think many big leaders would love a new world order for our planet...

I'll be honest with you, 2012 doomsday sounds really feasible considering everything is happening and we are getting closer to that year.

There can't be another World War on the scale of the previous ones because there aren't any belligerents dumb enough to start it. Only a dictator out of touch with reality would consider total war with a Nuclear Power, especially in the age of UN and NATO which would guarantee that an aggressor wouldn't gain from it.

The only remotely possible scenario I could imagine would be Iran, Syria, Palestine and North Korea ganging up on Israel, and the Western World siding with Israel.

The uprisings in the Arab world are the biggest step towards world peace since the end of the Cold War. These people who have been walked over by their corrupt government regimes for decades are waking up and taking control because they now know how bad they have it.

There's one big reason why there won't be a third World War, and you're looking straight at it. The internet. Before the internet the people of different cultures and nations had no real way of communicating with eachother. Governments made decisions on behalf of the people who were misinformed by propaganda. Today we can freely communicate with eachother what our political views are, what our diplomatic stances are, and we can all agree that the majority of people that live in democracies where we have freedom of an information and communicaiton source as abundant as the internet that none of us want war, none of us want to fight eachother. Only the extremists, bigots and the corrupt want war and everyone who lives in a free country and isn't poisoned by propaganda can see that now.
