I want to make a request, I need a program to create a printing shortcut's boot

I'm doing a modified server and do not know how to edit them,

I want to create, but an editor would also be useful

ps: I want a new one because I am not able to use my

As I said a few days ago I can not speak much english xD
but try a publisher or creator of that bot works because mine does not handle.
