A young rascal who seeks attention by pulling the hair of girls in his class and tying knots on his neighbors' garden hoses. Father is dead, or ran off long before Monsteri could remember him. Has three older brothers and an unloving stepfather. He has short and spiky hair, but wears a baseball cap backwards and slanted a bit on the side. Also dislikes energy drinks, but likes Fanta.
