Morrwind: What you can do with it
« on: May 15, 2011, 06:33:40 am »
I have Morrowind, no expansions, turns out you can do some awesome stuff if you have them, so I bought Morrowind GOTY. Some of you may have played it, some of you not, others will have been put off by graphics, or the combat mechanics(like myself a while ago). I present you, 2 solutions to these problems
http://morrowind2009.wordpress.com/ the original game, with far superior graphics, rivaling Oblivion at times, using a large compilation of mods.
(you need Oblivion, patched to the latest version) http://morroblivion.com/ this website, gives you the chance, to port Morrowind to Oblivion. You need both Morrowind and Oblivion, latest versions, but the results are amazing. Granted, its not 100% finished, but it looks like an astounding project, which will quite and achievment in modding when its done.

Myself, I will be getting both these, and seeing which I prefer. Morrwind arrives next week, so next weekend I'll be having a go of the Morrowind expanded guide. I was amazed by these two, and though it worth sharing for anyone esle who wants to give Morrowind a try, but cant get passed that dated gam feel.
