QUITE RLY.

I think I'm beyond noob by now, I've owned three CTF matches in a row like that with a Ruger.

I wish I knew where you saw the kills.

Maybe if it wasn't CTF then I'd kill more. The point is how many times I got the flag.

Well, good job. I guess you're good at traveling and dodging which is essential for flaggers =]

I'm looking at the 4 players at the bottom, who have no kills. I'm thinking you were playing 2v1 for most, or all, of the round, in which case, your score is quite bad.

edit: 2v2 maybe, since there's 2 bravo caps and only enough bravo score for 1. Still not very good with four people in the game on a big map.

Actually, about one or two Bravos quit right at the end because they were pissed at someone using an M-79. Rick James was being funny as he seems to all the time, and he switched teams when he knew it was over. He switched teams over and over, so he actually had more kills than zero on bravo.

I don't pay much or any attention to server names unless I'm playing with friends.

Also, I'm desperate to know what Ping represents.

Also, I'm desperate to know what Ping represents.

When your computer is communicating with another computer (online games), it "pings" the server and counts the number of milliseconds before the ping is returned.  In other words, if you have a lower ping, you have a faster connection.

Also, using the ruger (or any other weapon) has no bearing on how often you capture the flag.  So your game isn't really "ruger ownage", it's more like "capture ownage".

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

Low ping doesn't necessarily mean you have a fast connection. If you live in the city where the server is located, you can get a really low ping on 56k.

Distance and connection speed. Those are the two main factors.

You don't know what you're talking about. I used to play UT2003 with my brother online. We lived in the same city, I had 56k, he hosted, and I would get pings of around 30. Trust me, it's possible.

I hear warping to dodge shots helps with the "Ruger ownage." :P
