Yep, i know that's program like this have already been posted here much time ago, but one which I tested don't work.
So, I wrote some .dll which allow to move Soldat's window or change his size, by showing his window caption. Read ReadMe.txt for more.

Hmmm, let me see...it's achievable through basic soldat configuration. You could move soldat's window - just grab "soldat" text when browsing menu's at start up. And for changing size - just set resize values in config.

Yes, I know. But this allow to do it in any moment in game.
