Ok so I was on my laptop and I was playing modern warfare 2 right. I was acting all pro trying to quick scope all the way across the map and shit and had some fun.

And then after 4 hours of that I got off and went down stairs. When I approach the kitchen SWEAR TO GOD I saw a semtex grenade on the floor. I stepped back and felt this shiver go down my spine. This also gave me a boner in the process. The whole ordeal was literally like 2 seconds. Maybe even 1.

Hmmm well, I have the usual thing of consciously mistaking clothes hanging up in the dark to be a person. This isn't a hallucination though, this is natural instinctive behaviour, one of the many reasons humans exist through natural selection.

Heightened perception of mortal danger when one or more of your senses are impaired. In low light conditions your brain works harder to associate familiar shapes you see which you normally associate with potential threats. In most cases shapes that could resemble other humans or large animals such as dogs or bears. Or in your case, a grenade from a video game.
