Can't post from same IP within 2 minutes (?!?)

I just tried to post a reply and it didn't work cause my IP had already posted in the last 2 minutes. I didn't Shard did post within those 2 minutes, but I suppose we don't have the same IP.
Checking the forum history shows me that none of the posts are within 2 minutes of each other, might this thing be bugged?
