I wanted to make it my avatar, but it glitches up and makes it non-animated...

it is 97 pixels wide, it is too big, it gets resized and then, it does not animate.

make it smaller with something like the gimp make it seven pixels smaller on each layer, it will work

Except it has some quality loss.

When i get the time, i'll make that hurrr sign have one less capital R. That'll reduce it's size by a lot ; ))
