maybe cause u didint answer shoozzas questions? you have to provide as much feedback as possible so devs might fix this with less effort. And im pretty sure a dev will pick bug with a lot of feedback over bug with no or small feedback

I can only say good things about 1.6.2
The new "TAB" Score table is way better now and it got less lag and network glitches (and bugs)

Did you unzip the zip file before trying to install?

If you did, try without unzipping, if you didn't, try with unzipping.

Do you have some kind of integrated defence system in your firewall or anti-virus? Try turning it off for a second.

Getting angry isn't helping anyone, please calm down before posting.
Attacking the devs isn't really a good move either. You want us to improve the game, right?

We do minimal testing before the release but it's currently not really that great as you noticed.
There was a plan to put a new beta test team together but as it seems I need to do it myself.

So to make something happen: If you want to test the game before release it PM me.

If I recall correctly the spectator join bug was fixed in 1.6.2. If you still get it please add it to the bugtracker (with enough details for enabling us to fix it).

Thanks for the feedback, though.

EDIT: Spectator bug was fixed for server only. I fixed it for the client too a while ago though.

Since 1.6 (or one of the hotfixes I can't remeber) I pretty much get a lagstart every round. Before that, I had one like every 20th mapchange or sth. like that.
Naughty Dog already posted this problem once:

oh also i lagstart every round... takes ages for me to spawn :s

Couldn't find an answer for that. If I missed a possible solution I'm sorry.

No, I always spawn on the right place. You could rather call it a lag end, if I think about it. The moment, the map ends gets restarted/new map or w/e, the screen freezes (Most of the time the scores are already set to 0 by the time the Auto screenshot is taken). It takes a while, the screen "un"freezes, I can look at the scoreboard (not even for 1 sec i can see the real score and stats), they get set to 0 and I already can see bullets flying and my mates (their names) moving on the new map as well, but I'm still on the previous map looking at the 0 - scoreboard.

i'v got the same, it basically makes us start the new map later than other players so we start while they're already playing. I've got it since forever and i dont know if it happens more frequently now
