Maybe the 1.4.2ers just don't wanna move on. But seems that climbers are mostly stuck to 1.5.0 due to the map elements (bugged teleports & bounces) being screwed in 1.6.2 (dunno, has it changed anywhere? I don't follow that situation).

yeah, I believe that most of the 1.5.0 players is due to climbing.
since 1.6 polygons can't be stacked anymore, so bouncy / teleports are not working anymore.
the dev team is working on this already. There will be a converter from old maps to the new poly types.

Maybe because there are still old versions of Soldat marked as 'popular downloads' on the official site and ppl are clicking those 'popular' links.


Keep the latest version only on the official site to force new players use it.
