Maps , guns and tips

Hi everyone , i want to know where i can get new maps to me , and guns too ...

i'm new on the game ( just playing for 1 and 20 min ) and i want to know some tips to be a good player in  soldat .

For maps you should visit http://tms.jrgp.org/ not sure what you mean by saying you want new guns. I'd suggest visiting modding forums

In my opinion you should skill without any "tips" (as you called it). Game looks better without shits those change colors and sizes of nades. Also, you won't become "a good player" after 20 minutes of playing or even monts with those "tips". You need to play for years. Take a look at Bone's xfire if you want to imagine it better.
