Signups for the 1on1 cup#3 are officially open!

Hello! I gladly announce sign ups being open for the next Soldatladder 1on1 Knockout cup.

To ensure your participation, make sure you fulfill the requirements for the cup:

*1st: Player has played 10 rounds of 1on1 matches in the 1on1 ladder. You can reserve a server at #soldatladder by typing <!cw eu/na 1on1> or you can also use scripted (suicide -1) external soldatladder servers which will be used in cup stage.

The external servers are:
soldat://soldatserver.net:26077/cw - EU server
soldat://soldatserver.net:26078/cw - EU server

*2nd: Player is at top 32 (of those who have played 10 rounds at least).

*3rd: Player has signed up at Knockout Cup Sign Ups.

Freeplay/sign up time ends on Monday, Feb 26th 2012 at 20.00 PM GMT+0

Also remember to read the updated Knockout cup rules.

The Winner is going to be granted with this awesome trophy:



The players, who reach a kind of high position will be granted with extra soldatladder points.

Since there were a lot of questions:

You're not supposed to fulfill the requirements TO SIGN UP.

But you must play the minimum of 10 maps (1on1) UNTIL THE END OF THE FREEPLAY/SIGNUP Period.

The Signup Period can be also seen as the Freeplay Period, so, to sum everything up:

- Signup
- Play 10 maps (1on1) on soldatladder servers
- Try to play as good as possible, because only the best 32 of all participants will reach the KNOCKOUT Stage!

First deadline has passed, players can now play their next matches!

EDIT: Since Naughty-Dog and plat0n weren't able to contact each other until now, they got 2 more days to do so and play their First Round 1on1 match.

2 days have passed, Naughty Dog who I saw looking for plat0n several times wasn't able to catch him...

Since the deadline has expired days ago, a sub has been searched for plat0n.

Sub is: Crescendo

He's been at the 33rd rank regarding the Cup Join requirements, which means he is allowed to substitute inactive players, in this case, plat0n. Crescendo will join the cup at his place and play the 1on1 match asap against Naughty-Dog.
