Yes. If one does not believe in an afterlife, death is not an experience because it's the end. Without a mind or another existence afterwards there's just nothing, this life is all one has. Unfortunately you're saying absolutely nothing with any of these sentiments.

I feel that most of Antipathy's meaning was lost long ago and some of you. As inelegant as he is, he does offer some good (albeit it a bit trivial) knowledge. What i mean to say, is Antipathy is simply trying to express his first mystic experience (what I'll call it for now, in order to sound more like a douchebag. It seems to fit this thread). I would hope most, if not all past a certain age, would recognize this. Perhaps I am a bit optimistic in the idea that anyone who has had this "psuedo-badass-nonsensical-philosophy" during their formative years would have cultivated these ideas instead of merely truncating into the many ideas we've already explored.

I am by no means defending his methods or apparent idiocy as its probably not the best way to express himself. But if these posts upset you, I feel as if you are on, at most,  the same "level" as antipathy.

Whether antipathy is aware of it or not, his posts are about other things than already discussed in this thread.

I would say that the only "mystic experience" I've had... was the one that gave me deeper awareness of life. It was wonderful. I was listening to the sound of a piano and right then, I could see what the song was about.

Besides that experience - which infact did not occur any longer than a month ago - my guidance is my thought and my thought is my guidance. To me, my master is the type of thought and feeling which is the most closest to that which is undetainded from my triviality and the excess, an unbroken chain of inner dialogue, a sacred balancing.

I see this aforementioned detention in this very conversation, this electric pulse of memory. This conversation has been but a long series of attacks on my beliefs and my answers to these attacks. And while these parries and dodges make up for an entertaining form of art, I see my own feelings which I must defend, but these feelings are no longer my own. They are the only splintered remains of someone else. And when I answer to those who try to knock me down on my ass, I am not so much clarifying my past ideas for you, as questioning the motives of my would be assaillants, and so you see.

As to your accusation of my ideas being about something else rather than something else, well, let me be a repetitive hypocrite for this moment, I shall do many things to you and for you, but I shall not think for you.

Remind me to use the word "introspection" in the next episode. It is a good word and I believe this will be the case even after the cycles in between.
