Polish translation for 1.6.3

Here's my translation for coming 1.6.3... It should be fine but it would be nice if someone reviewed it. My Bugfix for flags is included. I took 1.6.3 text from this link. I tried to keep with original lenght of english texts but it wasn't possible in every line. I hope it won't make any bad issues.

Is the fix for the flags missing in english.txt?

The "Objective" used instead of a "Black/Yellow flag" in the english.txt,  that is OK.
Anyway, there is a bug with flag messages in HTF/INF: http://bugs.soldat.pl/view.php?id=148

Yes, it is... I already noticed it. I'll be waiting for fix in english version and then I can quickly translate.
