I don't see why we need this. You can calculate them via soldatserverscripting and make the server show them if you really need to see them.
I didn't they were there when I took over.I suggested scripting because I'm not sure why it should be added.You want to see numbers next to your/other players? Wouldn't that distract players?
A speed meter, that shows current speed in soldats "speed units" (counting in the vector you're moving in).
Speed meter's point (I think) is to help to perceive the right technique while you practice moving faster, this has been an essential feature in fast paced games like Quake.
I can understand the damage indicator. But I don't get why anyone would need a speed meter online. What would you get from that that you wouldn't get from looking at how fast your soldier is moving?
but it's not a feature that you need in a casual gameplay, at least imoAdd a pool, perhaps?

movement is nowhere near as important in soldat as it is in games like quake, hence i find the meter pretty useless as it can be scripted too.
Do you drive car without speed meter because you can "look" how fast it goes?
