Too big news on Home

I'm sure everybody noticed that news on http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php are too fucking big and it's annoying to scroll it all for Recently Posted. Also, it looks awful.

So, is it so shit huge problem to make previews of the news shorter? Take a look at SWC news. There's a god damn Read more button so why the fuck is it all in a preview?

Let admins implement some max characters restriction, please...

yeah, i always go to "recently posted" and its not very comfortable to scroll all the way down each time :/

It's just an option in Simple Portal to have a max number of characters for the posts listed. I gave it 1000.
