Hebrew Translation (Soldat 1.6.3)

Hello there!

evhO contacted me about updating the Hebrew translation for the new version of Soldat.
I've done my best to update it as much as I could (the things that were possible to translate). Though there are still a few lines waiting for translation.
I hope RedNinja will have the time to go over this file before the new version arrives, to help me check that it's 100% correct and ready.

And there 2 lines missing (one of these)

Idfit translated the 5 new lines for 1.6.4
pavliko stands as the original author, and nosejj edited. Is that correct?
