Finally got round to starting some 3v3 CTF sorry for the delays we were having a couple of technical problems but decided to push ahead anyway(as you can see on esl web site it falls under 2on2, but this is 3v3 CTF cup okay )

http://www.esl.eu/eu/soldat/news/199807/Capture-the-flag-Quick-Cup-1/ The idea behind this cup is for it to be finished in 2 weeks once sign ups are full, its nice and simple and the match rules are just standard CW style not long playoff matches(Unless you get stuck in a tie :>). Here is what you really need to know:
- Game Mode will be Capture The Flag.
- All Weapons Allowed.
- Single Elimination.
- 16 Clan limit(May change if we get more!)
- 2 Rounds per match: 1 home map chosen by each clan, side chosen by opponent.
- Third round played if tied after 2 rounds(Tiebreaker map is ctf_Steel), if still tied after 3 maps you can replay any of the tied maps(tiebreaker again if no agreement.) until tie is broken.
Also I am interested in what the community would like to see on ESL, more cups like this? I am thinking we could run one in realistic mode also? Or do people want something longer/bigger like a league/ladders or something new completely? Were open to ideas please post some!
