Which programs did you use and what did you do to upload it in HD? I tried uploading a Soldat video to Youtube and the graphical quality got worse when uploaded.

Set the Soldat resolution to 1920x1080, record your videos with fraps or whatever, edit your project and render it with the very same resolution. I believe this would make it look pretty much HD, dunno what 1080p looks on Soldat though.
