lithuanian 1.6.4

Lithuanian has 130 lines not translated from english. So if we can't find a lithuanian translator it will probbably be removed from 1.6.4

Here's the current lithuanian translation, please find me a translator :)

Super! I fixed some spacing on the new lines to make it look good ingame.

:P I hope it will be useful and there will play some lithuanians in Soldat. I had seen 1-2 for 6 last years...
