Ok I added the by translation but also made it %1 not 1% because %1 gets replaced with "Soldat"

Thanks! Both translations were added to the full installer and patch. They should work in the next beta.
chinese however has to have cn. not zh.

I noticed my translation was weird.

new one:
jp.SetupProgram=%1 の設定を行う

others are fine.
