Hello people.
I've decided that in order to bring back that amazing mode we need something big. So i came to the conclusion that a tournament will be the right choice to revive it.

It is a 2on2 tournament: The teams will be out of 2 members ( not needed to be from a clan, everyone can choose whoever he wants for pair ).

Seeker will be BuLLeT. If he isn't available, substitute seeker is Seigen.

The winner is the team that will win 3 rounds.
Seeker gets to choose the first map. The team that wins that map gets to choose the second map. The other team gets to choose the third map and so on. Every team will face every team and the team with the most wins will get the 1st place.

tbh i think i look really slow in that video, idk why chase posted it. anyways in ctf gathering, the "hackbuster" (so he calls himself) was so obsessed with my speed that he decided to try to prove me guilty of hacking by using his credibility and caste in the soldat community to ban me from gathers, which succeeded.

1) What are the matches up to? First team to how many wins?
2) Is the championship round going to have more rounds than normal ones?
3) Are teams allowed to have substitutes?
4) What are the dates and times that this is going to take place?
5) How many teams are we waiting for to join?

2) The championship round will be won in 5 rounds.

4) The tournament will start at Thursday as soon as you show up at xfire/irc to tell me you are ready.
5) We got our 8 teams.
6) Then the team will be disqualified and lose the ClanWar.

What if the seeker doesn't show up at the given time? l0l. It might happen since I have a pretty rigorous summer schedule.

Try to get the HnS Clanwar script from Toyux if anyone has contact with toyux.
Another option is to just have all participants in delta and run. I wouldn't mind seeking and it's pretty much still the same concept. There doesn't need to be a script enabled or anything.
The last option could just be playing in a deathmatch server where the seeker is alpha, 2 teams are delta and charlie and whenever I kill someone, they would go spec.

Well, spotix hosted us a server for some days to make the tournament and we can do it with default ctf script, but that wouldnt be nice for a live stream

If there's a tie between 2 teams for the fourth spot, the points (amount of games won within matches) will decide the tiebreaker. The two players from the team that wins the single-elimination bracket will receive $10 USD (each) via Paypal from me. The championship round will be a best out of 9 rounds (first team to 5). The tournament was unable to continue to do the host mysteriously disappearing and schedule/time difficulties complicating the organization.
Another HnS tournament is going to be organized by a more reliable and responsible group of people sometime soon.
