I can't find the "REQUEST SERVERS" function

Hi, I just installed soldatnand I can't find the function "REQUEST SERVERS" from the Join Game MENU. I played this game in the past and I remember it had this function available. I attached here a printscreen so you can see that there is no such function on the JOIN GAME menu option. How can I solve this?

it looks like you have too high resolution set, try messing with it in config.exe
