For our mod its important to limit some weapons in their firecapability.
Before new weaponsmod.txt design i was able to do that via exploiting the settings.
now i cant anymore, even when cranking up the moveacc and so on.
therefore i ask for a new solution and suggest 2 ways:
clean: law has hardcoded limitation for that. Make that a selectable option (1,0) for all weapons (Fireble when moving)
unclean: allow negative values to work. then i could punish moving players with a minus on bulletspeed, via inherited speed. So their bullets would drop to ground without speed.
