Use Google or forum search and you'll find plenty of topics. Check the Scripting Releases section on the forum for finished scripts, and use advanced search to find scripts for specific version of soldat server.

well, if most of them are inactive you could check sites like this: http://sfd.doc776.org/mods
or search title in google, some mods and maps are in other forums/sites not related to Soldat so they are as a single posts.
