Untextured Polygon = Edge?
« on: August 25, 2006, 06:27:31 am »
If you have made a singel Polygon and untextured it in Polyworks which Edge will this Polygon have?

For example, if you make a polygon with the jablko texture, the edge for this is jablko edge (the little grass...).
But if you untexture a Polygon, does the edge of this one is the original texture or is it then just the white edge for it?

Standard edge. Same goes for invisible polygons. If you don't want edges make a copy of jablko in the textures folder, and use it. Voila, no edges.

All polygons have texture. Untexturing means that texture coordinates of all of the polygons vertices become the same. So whole polygon shows just one pixel of texture. Polygon will still have edge that correspond with it's texture.
