Friendly names behind interface

I suggest making friendly names go behind instead of in front of the interface

But then you cannot read them. The interface seems to be visible enough to read as the names have transparency depending on distance.

Yes you can still see the interface, but most interfaces are made and placed a bit higher on the screen to avoid collition with the names, but if you were to put an interface at the very bottom of the screen it becomes very clear that the names are in the way.
I guess I have to reveal the unfinished interface I've been working on to show you exactly what I mean..

Hmm I'm not sure how to solve that.
Maybe make the names a bit more transparent or lift the hug a bit (or make it smaller).
