It's been a really long time.

I recently got the itch to start playing again. I first played this game around 2005.
I've got to say, firing up soldat again was like a trip down memory lane: super nostalgic.

I'm glad to see that this game isn't completely dead, but it looks like things have slowed down a bit. Logged on this evening and only found a handful of servers with players in them. I remember the days when a dozen servers would be packed with 32 players and you would have to scramble to get in a game. 

Bummer, looks like I just missed a ctf tourney. After dusting off my skills with a few matches I would have loved to jump right in.
