These are the sounds of the battlefield 4 alpha. Original sounds are different and possess other rights.

If its from BF4 they are from BF4 and they cant have different rights.
This sound "samples" consist of part of a copyright of  EA Digital Illusions.


Of course we can say that every sound is just a wave an when you changed it a bit its new sound different from original but still you used as a base sounds from BF4...

There is loots of site with free sounds that you can modify without copyright problems, just use them, taking something from well known game and change pitch or volume and call it NEW is a bit lame in my opinion...

I'm always in favor for original sounds, although Soldat has already various sound sfx ripped from other movies/games and in a parody sense it's fantastic. :-*
