Soldat Windows 8.1 unregistered clicks bug

I noticed that sometimes when I click to shoot, it does not registers as a click on Windows 8.1 It gets frustrating sometimes when you are in the middle of the battle and suddenly when you click your mouse to shoot, it does not registers as a click. Has anybody else experiencing this issue or is it just me?

Do you play fullscreen or windowed mode?
Is there an easy way to test this?
