I fixed it
I changed my modem from pikatel combomax to airties air5341
So I dont know open port on new modem anymore.
I had 7-8 servers like 6-7 months ago, they were working.
Now I dont remember all steps, all photos are here from which configure was needed.
I guess my problem is static ip, ports are working, this server uses 23083 23093 23083.
You can see all settings, soldat.ini server.ini ess 8 permission, ports are on modem and windows IPv4 settings.
Where is problem?
