There's a common misconception between 8bit art and pixel art. For future reference, here's the 8bit colour palette and restrictions:

Doing 8bit would mean that you would be restricted to using only these precise colours. Just saying..

Very fancy pixelated looking map though, I'll give it a try later tonite.

Yeah i know it's not even close to 8bit, had to think about a name and that's what came to my mind first :B I was hoping i could sneak it thorugh :C

This map looks awesome. I'm not a climber (at all), so I can't comment on the gameplay, but it's great to see maps with more varied aesthetics in Soldat.
