I discuss about it before, but no one seem to care, so I'll try 1 more time in a more formal manner...

The DMG reduction feature supposed to cut bullet dmg by half over 1 screen range (except for 1-shot weapon).

BUG: Bullet actually have dmg halved within a screen range; easily reproducible by shooting people (the easiest way is using the dummy bot) at more than about 85-90% of your maximum range (~40-42 metre away), it will take double amount of hit to kill the target despite the fact that you could see the target within your screen.

Owned by player with high ping = Blame the ping.
Keep getting owned when playing on the other side of the world and got high ping = Blame the ping.

Might have something to do with the resolution updates allowing us to see further than before? When was the DMG reduction thing added, i think it was long time ago maybe 1.4.2 era? Anyone wanna check if it worked back then?

but BKT if you want to make sure the DEVS are aware take a demo showing the problem and report on the bugtracker.
