My server has 9999 ping and no one can join

Hay, can someone give me a ports wich is needed to unblock? Because of in same topic on top it is need to buy program to do it. (i know how to add manual)

For your local ip cmd-->ipconfig-->IPv4Address

It's possible this is the problem: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT

He needs to contact his ISP and ask if he can host a game server by forwarding ports.
