Bot chat problem
« on: August 26, 2006, 03:27:54 am »
Whenever I host a game with bots, I can see the bots talking, but it doesn't show up at the top with the rest of the chatter. I don't understand, because it works for other people. Could someone explain please?
Please don't tell people that our bakery's motorbike ran you over.

That happens to me too, actually, even in domestic one-player matches. I never bothered to look into it.

It's supposed to happen.  What bots say is counted as irrelevant to the actual fight, so you never see what they say on the chat channel.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

You're not exactly going to strike up an invigorating conversation with them anytime soon.
