Demo playing
« on: August 26, 2006, 05:54:52 am »
Unless any new buttons and such for the same is going to be added in the next version, how about adding some extra features to the in game demo starter?

[ ] Spectator <-- why not make it so when that one is checked and one is playing a demo it will set freecam to 1?

And perhaps the passbox could be used for playback speed? (I know U can FF with F8)

Demos need to be explained in the manual so we all have someplace to go for the right information

You can just go into your demo folder and rename them what you want

Yes, and maybe they could add a few differant sizes for a camera lens, so it would only record inside the lens, this would be good for movies where you want to see the entire map, but dont want it recorded into the demo, and it would also give that movie feel, panning the map and stuff

Remember the number? I have 1000's of demos and its not hard to remember which number you did something cool in then go and rename it after you have finished playing.
