New attributes in weapons.ini

Priority of important:
PlayerRecoil (This allows the player to modify the PlayerRecoil while shooting, for example minigun or spas)
FlyingProneMovement (This allows players to decide wheter movement will be activated when the player is prone and flying - 1 movement enabled if player flying and prone, 0 movement disabled if player flying and prone)

Less important but can useful for someone:
ShootingNum (Can change number of bullets fired, for example, spas shoots 6 shoots, deagles 2 shoots)
