New Server - Host needed

Hi guys. I would like to create a new server with MMORPG mod/script called >Dueling Knights<. I hope I will be able to learn scripting and do it.
The biggest problem for now is I need someone that would host my server, I can pay if someone can't host it for free.

darDar:
i could host from netherlands, germany or newyork for free but you won't really have much access and little options. Basically just the server.
if you are looking for something with more access you should check out https://gshost.us where you have a webpanel and ftp and all that kind of stuff.
