realistic team-matches in the classic ctf_cs_*maps*

Remember the realistic & no respawn & team/ctf matches in the ctf_cs_nuke ctf_de_xyz maps? anyone here who wants to rebirth them? I haven't been playing for a decade and I want those again :-) jokerman

It could be great to see RSCS and/or TTW as a built in Soldat feature. Guess i am going to read a lot of no no's about that.

No idea how it is related to the topic.

If I were to judge.... It sucks. If Soldat is meant to have new menu then it should be entirely remade - not just have few components moved. Everything less is a waste of time because nobody's going to appreciate it.

Kinda unrelated, but oh well...


I never get why there isn't an option to individually enable the 'realistic' features (limited sight, fall damage, low HP, recoil, weapon stats, etc), so instead of the drastic difference between normal and realistic, we can spice thing up a  bit.
Owned by player with high ping = Blame the ping.
Keep getting owned when playing on the other side of the world and got high ping = Blame the ping.

Make sense...

wow still so much demand for RSCS, after all about a decade ago, if anyone goes ahead and sets one up please post it here, maybe I will but have to read into how its done properly again

PKS RSCS servers were just upgraded to 1.7.1 but sadly the maps are borked. Unless someone fixes the sceneries it'll pretty much remain unplayable.

I'd participate. Not as cool as CTF but it's realistic after all and some teamwork is required. Currently, there are (or precisely used to be) only leagues in realistic mode those are 1v1 deathmatches what is a total bullshit as we know.

Sorry, I'm no mapper though (except from ideas provider).
